Hayley Old
- Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist

Hayley is a highly qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, with additional training in areas such as pre- and post-pregnancy exercise and GP exercise referral. She also brings a wealth of sports coaching experience to her work.
Hayley enjoys a wide range of training styles — from running half-marathons to competing in (and winning) several strongwoman events. She is also the captain of her local women’s rugby team.
In addition, Hayley is a qualified Pilates Instructor and recently qualified to work with children from the age of 5, inspired by her own experience as a parent and her passion for promoting the importance of exercise from an early age.
Hayley especially enjoys helping women get back into fitness after having children, supporting them to regain strength, confidence, and wellbeing.
She offers 1-to-1 personal training as well as small group sessions (minimum 3 and maximum 4 people), providing tailored support in both settings.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their personal goals, Hayley works closely with individuals on everything from weight loss and gym confidence to preparing for strongman/strongwoman competitions or simply improving overall fitness.

John Old
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
John's interest for fitness started during his years of service within the British Army as a Close Protection Operative within the Royal Military Police. This is where he gained a high level of fitness and an understanding of the importance of having skills such as self-defence.
Since leaving the the military John has worked as a bodyguard within hostile enviroments and within the UK. During this time he also gained his Level 3 Personal Training and self-defence qualifications.
He has personally competed in military endurance events and cross-country competitions while serving in the Army and also completed The Three Peaks Challenge for charity.
If you require building muscle mass, getting lean or just general health and fitness, John has a wealth of experience to you get you to your goal.

Jemma Stokes
- Level 2 Mental Health Awareness
Jemma’s interest in health and fitness started when she left school and joined a gym for the first time. This then led to her wanting to pursue a career in something she was passionate about. Alongside this, she is also very keen to learn about mental health and how it can be influenced by exercise.
Jemma’s aim is to use her knowledge to guide others, not to just work on their physical health, but also on their mental health.
Helen Kharchenko
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor

Helen has been passionate about sport and fitness since childhood, and her journey grew even stronger after moving from Ukraine to the United Kingdom four years ago. Fitness has played a huge role in building both her strength and mental wellbeing, and she now dedicates herself to helping others experience the same benefits.
Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish, Helen enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds.
Alongside her work at Mission Fitness UK, where she continues to grow her skills and knowledge, she also runs her own personal training business and is currently training to become a qualified nutritionist.
Helen’s mission is simple: to help people improve their strength, health, and overall wellbeing through fitness and positive lifestyle choices.

Graham Pardew
- Biomechanics Coach
- Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Lower Back Pain Management
Graham is a qualified Specialist Biomechanics Coach (Dip BEng), Level 4 Personal trainer and Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
He is also trained as a nutritional advisor, GP exercise referral, rugby coach and MMA fitness Instructor.
Graham has organised, coached and participated in a wide variety of sporting events globally.
He has also personally competed in numerous marathons, ultra-marathons, strength and endurance competitions. More recently he completed the Tough Mudder and The Three Peaks Challenge for charity.
He trains clients for and runs annual Strongman/ Strongwoman Competitions in Faringdon and Oxfordshire.
Graham is available exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
