Join Hayley for Pilates at MFUK every Wednesday from 12:30–1:30pm. This session will improve flexibility, strengthen your core, and enhance posture - suitable for all abilities.

Join Claire Hunt in our Functional Studio at MFUK every Monday evening. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, Claire will guide you through exercises to improve alignment, build core strength, and increase flexibility, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.
