Event 1 - Max Log Lift Attempt
3 attempts to lift the heaviest weight possible. Aim for your personal best.
Event 3 - Car deadlift
Raw strength challenge.
Perform as many reps as possible within 60 seconds
Event 5 - Atlas stone over Yoke
Strength and speed challenge.
Lift as many stones over the yoke as possible in 60 seconds
Event 2 - Yoke run/carry
Carry the yoke 15m, drop, turn, and return 15m.
Objective: Complete in the quickest time possible
Event 4 - Conan's wheel
Test of grip, endurance, and grit.
Complete the maximum distance in 60 seconds without dropping the implement
